FAQ
Questions, answered
What DevSyncora is, how it keeps your work private, plans and the Studio Pass, AI agents and platforms.
The basics
What is DevSyncora?
A persistent 3D studio for developers. Each workspace gets desks, project stations, an arcade, a lounge and a courtyard. Real activity from your tools lights it up, AI agents work at their own workstations, and you can walk over to anyone for a chat or a game.
Explore the featuresWho is it for?
Friends, freelancers and teams, including people who do not share an employer or a codebase. A workspace can be a personal world, a friend group, a team, a startup or a public community, and you can belong to many.
Do I have to keep the world up to date?
No. Integrations, presence and play build the world. A push lights up your desk, a merged pull request pops confetti and a failed deploy makes its station smoke. Nothing is updated by hand, and nothing is faked.
Can I use it today?
DevSyncora is not publicly released yet. It launches as the web app, plus the DevSyncora Bridge download for your own coding agents. Desktop and phone apps come later. The download page shows where each platform stands.

Can people in my workspace see my company code?
No. DevSyncora's servers never fetch source code. GitHub only sends push and release events to apps that may read repository contents, so the GitHub App asks for read access, but DevSyncora never uses it: it keeps what happened (commit messages, authors, branches), never file contents. Every project is private in every workspace until you share it, and you choose how much each workspace sees, from the whole project down to activity with the name hidden. Runs of your own agents, which can show the code they changed, stay private to you unless you share them.
How privacy worksWho can hear me?
Voice is spatial: people near you hear you, walls muffle it, and nothing is recorded. Push to talk is the default, and your microphone is only requested the first time you talk. Inside a closed office, nobody outside hears the conversation, in voice or in chat.
What happens to what I say to an AI agent?
The audio is never stored. Standard voice uses your browser's own speech recognition, and HD voice sends audio only to the speech providers that transcribe it and speak the reply. Transcripts are kept as text, and only the person who spoke can read them.
Plans and billing
How much does it cost?
DevSyncora launches with the Free plan, which costs nothing and has no time limit. Plus, Pro and the Studio Pass come later, and they will be priced before they go on sale.
Compare the plansWho pays for a workspace plan?
The workspace owner. Plans belong to the workspace, not to a person: they decide the building, how many people fit at once, how many desks and offices there are, and the HD AI voice minutes.
What is the Studio Pass?
A personal pass, monthly or yearly, for how your avatar moves: extra expressions and looping dances. It is yours in every studio you visit, and it has nothing to do with a workspace plan.
Is there a free trial?
Paid plans have no trial. The Free plan is not a trial either: it is a complete studio with no time limit.
AI agents
Which AI providers work?
Workspace agents run on Claude or OpenAI, and Scout is a free local agent that needs no key. With the DevSyncora Bridge, your own Claude Code or Codex runs on your computer under the subscription you already have.
What is the DevSyncora Bridge?
A small download for Windows, macOS and Linux. It runs your installed Claude Code or Codex, so you can watch and steer it from the studio while your own plan pays for it. Your login is never read or sent anywhere.
Do agents act without asking?
Workspaces can require approval before an agent acts on what it found, and that is on by default. A waiting agent walks to your desk and waits for you.
Platforms
Which platforms does it run on?
At launch, any up-to-date desktop browser, plus the Bridge download for Windows, macOS and Linux. Desktop and phone apps come later, with the same account and the same studios.
DownloadDo I need a powerful computer?
No. The studio picks a quality level that suits your device and steps down when it needs to.
